Pros
- lot of opportunities to learn new things - lot of focus on the code quality, which is a good thing - everyone is helpful enough, all you need is to just ask someone for help - you are given enough time to do R&D on the topics that you are working on - HR is super-responsive, tries to resolve all the queries as early as possible - Despite being at remote location (because of Covid), the joining was seemless & awesome - the timings are flexible - The best things is unlimited vacations (obviously without someone misusing it :P)
Cons
Not actually a con, but it just came to my mind so thought of sharing this: The company size is small, so initially I was a bit confused at the time of joining if I should join or not. But now, after 1 month, I can say that I am 100% happy with my decision. Despite being fewer people, best practices & standards are followed here. And moreover, fewer people means everyone is taken care of.
