Pros

- The ground troops are nice and you get to meet a lot of friendly, interesting people from all around the world. If this company does one thing well, it's hiring. (However, a lot of the team have moved on) - Nice laptop

Cons

- "No BS" policy is often used as a mechanism to berate and humiliate employees publicly. Even hard working employees were publicly humiliated and told to work harder - Employees were manipulated into taking a 50% paycut at the onset of Covid to "keep the team together". When people decided to leave after the reduced salary, they were once again publicly berated by management and portrayed as traitors - Even when you eventually escape the cult, it's not over. Several former employees have been pursued by threats of invoking non compete claims against their new employers. Seems to be a bitter attempt to sabotage a former employees new job - Employees are overworked and under appreciated

Pros

- Genuine human-centric culture and behavior modeled with excellence from the very top - Leadership is very transparent with the team about successes and headwinds, about how key decisions are made, and why - Very intentional alignment and shared accountability across all key functions (sales, service delivery, finance, engineering, people, etc.). No silos. - Team members are empowered with a great deal of trust to not only manage their work in a highly autonomous manner, but to drive innovation within the business. - Incredibly collaborative and helpful team dynamic - everyone willing to pitch in and help a colleague - Fully remote organization where everyone is recognized and treated as an adult - Fair comp, great benefits, and flexibility to manage work/life commitments

Cons

- Like any start-up environment, the organization is in a continuous state of rapid iteration, which can be unsettling and uncomfortable at times, but ultimately leads to significant personal growth. - While fully remote is wonderful in many respects, it can feel a bit isolating at times and requires intentional effort to remain connected socially to your peers.
