- The management team is ill-experienced. They have 0 clarity on what they want to achieve, let alone leading a team. 1 founder will say something one day and will completely change the strategy/ POA after a few days. This means all the work done gone to waste. This is not called learning but working on the whims of the management. - They expect their employees to work day in and night (of course the HR will never say this because they want to show themselves as the coolest start-up). This might be the story of all startups in India, but this company's lack of empathy and appreciation for the hours put in is below negligible. - The CHRO is the wife of one of the founders who doesn't even know how to speak properly to employees. She has 0 insights into what is happening with the employees, whether they are ok with the work or are burdened. There's no proper review system and the founders along with the HR will any day knock on your doors to tell you that your performance is not adequate. This, without any proper feedback. So either you get in their good eyes, or be prepared for such situations. - How can I forget their hire and fire culture! Beware! This company has a great attrition rate because of some of these reasons. Think 5 times before you join.
