      lots of freedom smart people interesting tech

      Pros

      Seasoned leadership with open ears and the ability to get things done when committing to an initiative. Able to overcome great odds and in turn creating a very high barrier to entry for potential competitors - of which there are no real ones that have come close to what Wochit has accomplished.

      Cons

      None that I can see aside from maybe bringing on more dev - which is happening now.
