I've only been here for a few months but plan on leaving after I hit a year. I don't fit in with the culture in my specific department because it's too much like high school and I am sick of it. I value the separation of my work and personal life and the people here don't. Also, there is little to no career growth and that is frustrating because I am very career-driven. Turnover is very high even with senior management. Cree is an okay company but it's really a pit stop. Not long term. No love for this company.
