Pros

You will keep a job because they are chronically understaffed, company recent moved to a front end back end schedule (3 days off, working 4 days one week, next week 4 days off, 3 days on) if your technician or operator you only work wheb scheduled and do not get call ins after hours, engineers are on call 24/7 even though that is not stated

Cons

The RTP is being sold to Macom where either has majority workers facing retirement age, there's are not promises that retirement will be secured. If you are LGBT HR will not protect your interests if your issues are with anyone who's been with the company for a long time, management focuses on quantity over quality, and the issues are blamed on the operations team when the fault is with mismanagement, there is a massive difference in treatment between the operators and technicians and most of the amenities (cafe, gym) are practically inaccessible to operators because of how breaks are scheduled. Engineers are over burdened with too many tools, and the company makes poor decisions when purchasing new tool replacements which causes significant stress to the entirety of production, the company recently received a letter from Jana stating "wolfspeed need to do every up to selling the company to protect its shareholders"
