Pros
I like working at wondder because it gives me an opportunity to have a great work-life balance with its remote job setting. The culture of the company is very friendly, supportive, and always open for your new ideas. My co-workers are ready to assist when I need any help. I learned a lot during my work and grow both personally and professionally. I feel appreciated and valued as an employee at wondder.
Cons
I think the most challenging part was integrating into daily work with my colleagues in the beginning because of remote work. Of course, it is so much easier to do when you go to office because there's somehow more personal touch in that. However, as we're always having daily catch ups, meetings, group chats, and a lot more stuff they helped me to get adapted quickly at wondder.
