You start at 11 an hour. Literally get paid NOTHING to do EVERYTHING. this company has the highest ego know to man kind. I swear if I have to hear one more time about how much better they are i will crashout. Also when you negotiate the pay, they hold it over you heaD WTF if you don't wanna do it js say no don't make it my life to pay you back. Last but definitely not least, they will not fire you, they will tell you to put your 2 weeks in but not fire you. That's where I have an issue, if your gonna make a daycare, then be able to fire people.
