- Micromanagement to the max - Spying from upper managements - You are never paid enough - Favouritism to the max - you are doing 2-3 person's job everyday - Too much work all the time. If you can't meet their expectations, they think you are lazy - CEO calling you on the weekends to get work done - Never values their employees - Always yelling and getting mad at their employees for their faults - The company never thinks you're good enough - No space for growth whatsoever Honestly worst experience I've ever had. I am glad I got out of it quick. Do me a favor and find somewhere else to work. You can do way better anywhere else.
