      Pros

      They have hired very talented staff that are able to relate to children and teach them new things.

      Cons

      I had a terrible experience with a supervisor. She was very unprofessional she often talked behind staff's back and spoke disrespectfully to staff members. Staff wasn't appreciated although many worked hard and went above and beyond their jobs. Formal complaints were filed and nothing was ever done feels unsupportive.

      Pros

      Children are such a delight and I’m very proud to help them make their way into the world Bonding with co workers is a plus as well

      Cons

      The hours are horrible and you’ll be lucky to make more than 15 hrs per week. They definitely play favorites
