Pros

Absolutely nothing. There were some nice people working there, but I assure you they would much rather to be working somewhere else. The fact that you can leave and find somewhere else to work.

Cons

Toxic company. Some members of the SLT team are rude and abusive with people that don't belong to the upper management team. They hire people with less experience to overwork them and pay them the minimum salary. They will bully you to make you think you are not good enough so you never ask for a raise (which they would never give to you anyway). Now that I am further up in my career I can say with confidence this is the worst place I have ever work and if you just graduate and are new to the industry, never, ever, work here. You won't get any useful experience because their methods are from 10 years ago and they will ruin your confidence.

Pros

employee discount & a relatively nice office space

Cons

My manager was very unprofessional, I worked here during lockdown and she hardly communicated with me. She blamed me for her mistakes and would often text me in all capital letters (virtual shouting). She would go out of her way to make me look bad in front of others by loudly announcing mistakes I had made in front of the office. I was asked to work late on several occasions and never paid overtime. The salary was minimum wage, so technically I would have been working for less than minimum wage. I would not recommend this work place.
