Pros

>>People really care for each other >>New leader inspires people to be their best--This profile has Steve Phipps as the leader, and while he is Chairman of the Board, Scott Cattran is the new President/CEO, and was our COO during 2015, a great and profitable year for Woolpert employees. >>New benefits are being added to achieve their goal to be an employer of choice >>Leadership asks for feedback regularly from employees and applies it to make business and employee life better >>Fun office events (on and off premises) sponsored by the company >>Profit-sharing program

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning that you wouldn't find anywhere else. Work is work is work. At least this company makes it a priority to make sure to let you know that it aims to help citizens and the environment at a local and national level.

Pros

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Cons

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

Pros

Flexibility, sense of ownership in your work, some great people

Cons

The bonus was below industry standard and is formulated per how well the entire company does. This isn’t fair that some of the company that doesn’t do well affects everyone else, especially when we can’t hire enough people to do the work.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that flexibility, ownership, and the people you work with have been positive parts of your experience. We understand your concerns about the bonus structure and how company‑wide performance can impact individual teams differently. Your perspective is valuable, and we’re actively reviewing our overall total rewards. We also appreciate the reminder that different markets have different needs. As we grow, we’re committed to improving how we support teams in every location and remotely. Thank you for your honesty and for the work you do!
