Pros
The salary was quite good, even the fringe benefits, and colleagues are mostly friendly. The new HQ environment is nice and full of space. Most of the products are well designed and well-engineered, technically speaking,
Cons
Not well-established roles within the company that leads to constant problems. It's also really difficult to travel to factories if you're not in the QC office because traveling is always perceived as a waste of time. Also, it's almost impossible to grow your position or move to other offices, or even get a raise.
