Pros
meeting and getting to know regular customers is great, because everyone needs to go to the supermarket you meet so many different people. Also, working on the shop floor means you get to see all the variety of products that you might miss just doing your usual grocery shop, so you find stuff to try that you might not otherwise know about. My team are a great bunch of people who always put a smile on my face and make work enjoyable
Cons
its very fast paced in a big store, sometimes customers can be quite rude over very little things and you have to bite your tounge!
