      good place to work - benefits are great. You are expected to work hard, but they play hard also. Building recently renovated.

      Cons

      sign on bonus is great, but hourly pay is not on par with industry

      The culture at Woot is phenomenal. It's fun to work for a growing company with great people and great managers.

      Being owned by Amazon has pros but certainly has cons too.
