Pros
Real autonomy; you own your work and the impact is visible. The people are excellent; everyone is super switched on, driven and playful. Hybrid working means all together in the office two days a week and remote the rest of the week.
Cons
Pre-profit startup, so resource constraints are always a factor, and systems are still maturing. You wear a lot of hats. It's energising if you thrive in ambiguity, but can see it would be exhausting if you want clearly defined lanes and an established playbook to follow. There is not a set career path, you need to create your own (which to some is a plus but, again, not for everyone)
