3yThank you for sharing your experience as a WorkCare team member. We are so happy to hear this is how you feel. Frequent and transparent communication is one of many goals at WorkCare. We have made significant improvements to our communication by adding a variety of new tools from a company intranet site to a separate employee hub for policies and procedures. We also recently held our first quarterly HR update meeting. If you have any suggestions on how we can continue improving our communication, please let us know.
