Pros

Great state benefits like instance and paid time off

Cons

Leadership is the worst. Indecisive, slow, and far too political.

Pros

My experience with this company has been overwhelmingly positive. The flexibility in working hours is a particular highlight, allowing me to maintain an optimal work-life balance and accommodate other personal responsibilities. This level of flexibility is rare and greatly appreciated, as it fosters an environment that respects and supports the personal needs and circumstances of its employees.

Cons

Some jobs are grant funded This means that while the job offers numerous benefits, there is always the risk that a position could be eliminated if the grant funding falls through. It's an aspect of the job that you have to come to terms with and something to consider seriously before accepting a position here.

Pros

Working here provided me with the opportunity to add some useful skills to my resume.

Cons

Because I was only a temporary employee, I did not have many opportunities to show my full range of capabilities. The executive of WorkForce is also very difficult to work with and strongly against allowing employees to work from home because of the pandemic and/or because of personal injuries, whether they happened on-site or off-site. You will also not be compensated accordingly. This company will NOT work with you in this case, and I want to be sure whoever reading this completely understands this.
