Helping people who have disabilities back into employment.
Cons
Toxic work environment (including bullying and gossiping), micromanagement, problems are never dealt with, poor performers are not disciplined - top performers are punished and expected to clean up poor performers work. Management are have no direction and concerned more about meeting targets rather than helping clients.
