Workfinder has a great team of professionals. Even though we're fully remote at the moment and we've got a very flexible work environment, the team has proven time and time again that they can be highly productive and get things done, while still not making the remote experience feel isolating. There is a good atmosphere, perhaps stemming from the team being very kind, understanding and supportive. I greatly enjoy what I do and feel like I am actually contributing. Management is dedicated to getting the team, the company and the individual to be the best they can be, regularly taking employee feedback and actually acting on it. In my personal experience, they offer an environment in which you can upskill quickly and get recognised for strong performance. Joining Workfinder has undoubtedly been an excellent decision for me and my career!

It's still a start-up, but they are easily the most organised and professional start-up I've worked for.
