Restructures are incredibly difficult, especially in a culture where people feel deeply connected to one another and to our mission. Even when approached with care, these moments can feel deeply personal, and we recognize that.
Our annual conference is a strategic pillar of our business and planned independently of organizational changes. That said, we understand the optics and the emotional impact of timing of business changes.
