      Pros

      High pay, used to have great management.

      Cons

      Abusive executive management, straight from the top. Yelling at employees, protective equipment and lab reagents can be hard to come by at times. Nepotism is at its peak here.

      We were paid a good salary. There was a lot of on the job learning.
