      Pros

      Company is very welcoming to new employees, and provides more compensation and benefits that average market expectations.

      Cons

      There is a difference between management expectations and actual floor work nature due to micromanaging nature. Also one working in junior level is supposed to know more than his field of work.

      I am grateful to have had this amazing opportunity to work in Workz as a Junior Software Developer. People are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Work life balance is also good. Seniors are very encouraging and allow us to experiment with different technologies suitable for projects.
