      Exposure to frontier markets. Very smart people. Work with a purpose. Offices in great locations. Appropriate remuneration. Detailed annual performance review / feedback process.

      Cons

      Slow career progression. No bonus structure. Quite hierarchical. Long approval process (new investments can take 12 months to be structured). Investment decisions can be influenced by political agenda of shareholders.
