Pros
Very enjoyable to work with such a global community and diverse staff. Daily work usually has great significance and importance, has an impact.
Cons
Divisive issues in the office would cause a caustic environment. Management would not be forward with information and would be quick to change terms of fellow colleague's contracts (STC) by offering one rate, and then changing it (lowering it) afterwards.
