They hire all temps so they can fire them whenever they want and then can't collect unemployment. No temp ever gets hired permanently unless WCD promotes them into a management role. Worked there for 3 years as a lead, did supervisor and management work load without a promotion or pay raise the entire time. Was put on suspension twice out of accusations that were both times proven to be a lie from another employee. Suspension was without pay and extended longer than investigation period as stated in employee handbook. Parties who lied were not fired. Was eventually let go only because corporate would rather get rid of a good worker instead of taking disciplinary action against those who lie, steal and do drugs on the premises.
