      Great perks, smart colleagues, beautiful offices

      Cons

      Leadership continues to consolidate roles and responsibilities amongst a small group of top execs. Opportunities for growth are opaque: team heads hiring and promoting their friends and family from their hometowns and HR powerless in stopping this. Culture of fear - employees cannot give constructive feedback without repercussion

      This organization is constantly evolving but I think generally in the right direction. Great place for those who strive in unstructured environments.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and you have to enjoy travel.

      Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

      Cons

      Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
