Pros
Lots of freedom and not much expected in the job and no one cares what you do
Cons
No organization, no communication between the daycare and the rest of the gym, no communication between other daycare workers even if you attempt to implement plans for the daycare. 1 person on the shift for high # of children of all ages in a room. If you have an emergency or need assistance, you have to holler out the door for help as there's no way to contact front desk. Paychecks are usually not given on time.
