Pros

Good office location, flexible working hours

Cons

Low salary No options for advancing No educations It does not matter how good do you work, there is no any kind of recognization. Only way to get promotion is to be there for a very long time. If you work great or terrible, they will treat you the same. They think that benefit that every one gets mean recogization and they think free coffee and office events are enough to keep good people. It is so hard to find motivation to actually do your job.
