Pros
I don’t think there are any pros to this company. You are at a dead end if you decide to join. There is no room for growth what so ever .
Cons
Culture sucks! Most of the company are just full of yes mens. I built a $250,000 ecommerce system in 3 months, worked through thanksgiving and didn’t even get a bonus, good job, or thank you . Then they try to stick someone next me in how to build the stuff I built with no qualifications. That was a red flag for me to leave before they can let me go and replacement with a lower salary not qualified person. They hired my replacement that wasn’t even qualified to do the job because he was cheap. APPLICANTS BEWARE!!! The company does not appreciate anything you do, you are just a statistic on a spread sheet. They will low ball you on your salary if they do decide to offer you something. Penny pinchers that can’t even leave the light on for 1 minute without complaining.
