Pros

Had some great coworkers Hybrid work schedule Bonuses in the Recruiting Department Learned to work with different platforms Decent enough starting job in a corporate setting

Cons

Disconnected/out of touch management-The departments I worked in had either non-existent management or it was toxic Recruiting Department specifically-leadership has very high expectations with little to no guidance and does not provide any additional assistance, so you're left to try to figure out what they want you to do to improve. It felt as if you had to try and read their minds to figure it out. VP of recruiting specifically nurtures a toxic and petty work environment. High turn around rate-most people leave in less than two years, sometimes even less than a year Outsourcing-USA team works closely with team in the Philippines, but departments and jobs have moved entirely overseas Low morale-while coworkers made working here worth it, there was always an underlying down in the morale in the company Stress-very large caseloads and high expectations to be met with little support, at times it felt like every man for themselves

Pros

Fully remote. You are able to schedule your own availability/days off. Training was comprehensive and they provided shadowing opportunities before starting yourself. The job itself is really easy as long as you're comfortable with talking on-camera and using CRMs.

Cons

You're at the will of the schedule-maker to get working hours, but that's kind of part of the gig. One week you can work 15+ hours, and the next not be placed on a shift.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, average pay and benefits Flexible hybrid work schedule if your on leaderships good side Care free office environment when majority is working from home Small company, easy experience and never bored in your role if you are proactive when it comes to assuming lots of ownership and stay busy

Cons

Leadership is toxic. There are a select few who have been there since the company started who are untouchable Huge difference in expectations between different teams when it comes to working from home days, work quality, ownership and output, as well as impromptu out of office occurrences, office arrival and office departure times, etc Issues formal HR warnings without true cause, hoping to push employees out to avoid a firing/termination Issued numbers of unexpected layoffs and saw frequent turnover during my time with the company People make it very obvious if you are “on their bad side”
