Management attitude is disappointed - Software Developer Worldline Employee Review

Management are too busy on big project and don’t know much on the other small projects we are working on, they keep speaking out-dated information/ incorrect concept of the project. They don’t care what is our teams doing, any difficulty, any needs but only want us to keep the client silent. No much technical support from senior. We can only work in our own way. Management attitude towards employees benefit / request is disappointed. Reject all our request in bureaucratic tone. They don’t mind you leave/ they know you can’t leave since you have already work for 10 years and have only old technical stack.
