Pros

Getting to work in an airport setting and being around other airline employees. Flexible with schedule as long as you are staffed. Always busy which means time goes by very quickly. Room for growth

Cons

Paycheck would either not come on time, or paycheck would be less than what it was supposed to be. Abuse by regional manager. Verbal abuse by employees and lack of respect for management. THEY HIRE ANYONE AND ANYTHING. Never staffed accordingly. Must stay until your designated plane leaves. You could be at work longer than the time you were supposed to be there by about 7 hours max. Disgusting break room. Horrible benefits package (NO FLIGHT BENEFITS) Getting paid bare minimum for what one has to go through each day. 6 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD so God forbid you get sick or have a family emergency. Everyday constant reminders that YOU are replaceable.

Thank you for your feedback regarding scheduling concerns. Our employee schedules are directly dependent on airline flight activity, and when airlines reduce their flights, we are required to adjust our staffing accordingly. This operational reality was discussed as part of the expectations during your interview process. If you are experiencing specific hardships as a result, please speak with your supervisor to discuss potential accommodations. We value your dedication and contribution to our team, and for additional feedback, please reach out to us at NAComms@wfs.aero
