Pros

- The comradery among the regular workers. - Its really hard to get fired from the company. You have to really go out of your way to tick management off repeatedly (within a short time frame) in order to get sacked.

Cons

- The management across the many buildings I have either worked in or heard about are incapable of speaking to their employees in a respectable manner and demand their workers to perform miracles within a timely manner without fail or error. - The job can be seen as a dead end depending on whether or not you get along well with Management, and are capable of clean up after their numerous mistakes and short sightings. - The pay isn't worth the 2 month process just to start the job.

Thank you for your feedback regarding scheduling concerns. Our employee schedules are directly dependent on airline flight activity, and when airlines reduce their flights, we are required to adjust our staffing accordingly. This operational reality was discussed as part of the expectations during your interview process. If you are experiencing specific hardships as a result, please speak with your supervisor to discuss potential accommodations. We value your dedication and contribution to our team, and for additional feedback, please reach out to us at NAComms@wfs.aero
