Work environment was great. Friday drinks. Great Australian brand. So much activities are being conducted on a weekly basis. Also, the office location is pretty damn good. Office interiors looks really good as well

I worked as a software engineer in a online marketing environment. My environment didn't match my style of work and I think there wasn't much understanding from the management how software development works

-Free beer on Fridays -Free coffee, sugar and use of toilets -Had a lot of free reign to experiment -Never had to take work home

-Pay is not competitive, no extra benefits or perks -No career advancement -Leadership is non existent -A few people in senior management like to play politics and create a toxic work environment
