Pros
Woven cares deeply about their people. As somebody who was a part of core leadership and had a strong affinity for each of the reps I managed, I can say that this is one of the very few companies I've ever worked for that actually lives out it's core values.
Cons
The only con in my opinion is the transition from being smaller/more bootstrap to growing fast and utilizing more resources that can be allocated to help them grow faster. I imagine that by the time you have read this review, that con has been worked out though :)
