Pros

Pays really well. Lovely showrooms. I've sat here for 15 minutes and there really is nothing else to put as a "pro". Still got my free mug.

Cons

Employed 2012 - 2014. Long hours. Business mobile that you must answer at all times. Black and white, boring uniform. Lied about paying staff a quarterly bonus. So much pressure and so may threats. Everybody is expendable. Lack of training for people who are new to the kitchen industry, I've been designing for years so luckily I saw through the lies. I was ashamed to sell their kitchens. Missing parts, damaged doors. Absolute rubbish turning up on delivery. Customers crying and yelling at you, understandably with how frustrating things were for them. Getting any help from higher up or customer services was like getting blood out of a stone. Issues went on for months. It was soul destroying. It's bully tactics. When I found a suitable new employer I handed in my notice. But I didn't end up working my notice. I left the same morning. I've never looked back. They still owe me and many others money. They care about nothing but lining their pockets. Close them down.

Pros

I’ve been with Wren Kitchens for about a year now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The company continues to grow and expand, which creates great opportunities to learn new things and develop professionally. The environment is very collaborative and supportive. There’s a great balance of autonomy in your role while still having the support of teammates and management when needed. My manager has been especially great at providing coaching, guidance, and encouragement that has helped me continue to grow in my role. The benefits are also very competitive, and I really appreciate that there are multiple options available so you can choose the plans that best suit your lifestyle and needs. The PTO offering is competitive as well, which makes it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Overall, it’s been a rewarding experience working for a company that values development, teamwork, and continued growth.

Cons

None that I can think of!
