Pros
if you are willing to work more than 60 hours a week you can earn very well. The top earners earn over £100k. It's a secure job which might be considered better than being a commission only rep. More suitable for juniors who don't mind the mental kicking that they get every day. They will take on anyone and their turnover is high so as long as you can speak English to any degree you will get a jo.
Cons
Recently brought in the old phones 4 U staff which just doesn't work for kitchens. Don't get me wrong, Wren sell a serious amount of kitchens but the service is appalling and sales people spend half their time dealing with problems. They have a ridiculous compliance system which means that there is a lot of pressure to do paperwork within time frames that are not realistic so often it is wrong. The pressure is constant and unnecessary. You will be expected to pick up 10 leads a week based on 40% conversion rate but if your conversion rate is 85% as mine is you just don't have the time. They are unable to treat anyone as an individual. The managers tread on eggshells all the time as the bullying mentally pours down from head office.
