Not very good at training new hires. Not fair to all employees... Some get handed deals while others starve. It was a depressing environment to work in. The owners really are out of touch with the business. Managers and salesman come and go because they can see the writing on the wall. Sales have been a steady decline since change in sales management. Pray that don't have to sell one the owners demos, because they are slobs
