Lack of skilled designers and product managers - designers and product managers are just bad in Wrike across all levels. Individual contributors just come up with ideas that are acceptable for junior PMs/designers. Managers/Leads don't coach their reports, don't share anything outside their unit with other managers/leaders and they also don't set up any processes or require any standards from their reports. Officially, there is a budget for conferences or for company travel, but it was never an option to actually use it Ignoring customer feedback - PMs and designers in Wrike don't process/categorize customer feedback - they often come up with features and designs based on some theoretical conceptual model in their minds rather than what actually makes sense for the user Lack of innovation - Wrike has massive amount of engineers capable of building lots of cool features. However, we don't really build anything new and let our competitors get ahead of us. Terrible product analytics - product usage is tracked in Tableau. It is loading very slowly, it is missing tracking of many user actions or shows completely outdated data. Both PMs and analysts don't care.
