The only pro to working here is that you get great exposure to the emerging AI visibility and GEO space, plus how AI tech works.
Cons
- Extreme lack of proper leadership, management and direction. You will be left all on your own with zero guidance or understanding of strategy. There is zero strategy or market understanding. Priorities for strategy will change every few weeks, no stability.
- Very cold and hostile environment. Any kind of friendly team collaboration or communication is looked down upon. Gets really boring and uncomfortable.
- Zero mentorship and growth. Just do repetitive work that's given to you and no space for experimenting.
- EXTREME micromanagement and lack of transparency by leadership. You will be asked to provide details on minute-to-minute activities of your day, and Hubstaff screenshots are thoroughly checked, without you knowing.
- Leadership does NOT trust employees.
Overall work environment is very negative, toxic, does not feel safe. Also no growth opportunities.
