Great company to work with. I am passionate about NLP and Deep Learning, so there are lots of excitement/challenges in my day to day work. Lots of opportunities to grow within the company. I enjoy working here because my colleagues are really nice and professional, everyone is trying their best to make our solutions better, and they care about me! It makes me feel like home, not just a place to work 9 to 5. Our executives are knowledgeable and approachable. They are willing to invest in their employees as long as they know the needs. Our COO sometimes works with the team to troubleshoot issues and brainstorm solutions because he cares about the business and wants to understand our day to day work. Our CEO is a humble man who helps a lot with our product design to ensure that what Wysdom offers is best in the market. Our president is a cool guy who shares his vision about this company with us, so that we know where we are sailing to. We also have strong female leadership at Wysdom, our Chief Engineering Officer and CFO are both smart and intelligent women. Wysdom is a great environment for woman in workforce :)
Cons
Long hours and stress. It can be challenging and frustrating. I always look at the bright side, it means I am learning and growing with the company (growing pain..) As the business grows, there are a lot of changes. Need to adopt quickly, sometimes can be tiring. But it also means the company is doing well. Need more team building events.
