Quickly growing company. Substantial client base. Comradery through the difficulties. Autonomy due to lack of management and human resources.
Cons
No defined responsibilities for employees; which has critical impacts to business processes. No over-time, and the demand to do min 44hr per week. Below industry standard salaries. Disconnect between Executive circle and front-line employees; at a <30 person company in ramp-up stage this is not acceptable.
