      Pros

      I love working for Wurth Canada. It's a very supportive company. Everyone including the CEO care about me and about all employees. I get to speak to the CEO - Yana Popa who is simply awesome, so knowledgeable, smart and supportive! we have actual one on ones. This is not something I've experienced in my past careers. I love my team and have an amazing time being a sales manager. I conduct regular ride alongs and develop my team. The culture in the organization is very positive.

      Cons

      There are none, it's going very well and I hear only positive feedback from everyone I talk to.

      Pros

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Cons

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
