Pros

Great quality products, solid marketing department, limited backorders, company car, gas card, etc. Overall a well run company with solid customer service. I would have gladly worked there till retirement.

Cons

Can only use Wurth as a resume builder. Establish some solid salse metrics then move on if you are looking at Wurth, in any country. They are in total denial of the "exodus" of sales reps and why they are leaving as one recruiter called it. Over my 10 plus years with Wurth I built my territory up into one of the best ones in Canada. When all was said and done, I made LESS MONEY my last year with the company than I did in my first. Yes, they took all the growth and more, FACT ! Too add to that, my boss and HR were surprised when I gave my 2 week notice, unreal !

Pros

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Cons

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
