Pros
The industry is interesting and a lot of the customers are great to work with. Part of a large, industry leading global corporation. Good culture that promotes teamwork and passion to support the customer. Quality upper management that is fun to work for.
Cons
The work can be tedious at times, but it can be like that anywhere else in the corporate world I suppose. Sometimes tough to motivate team members to go above and beyond.
