      Pros

      Twitter 1.0 actually believe in basic principles of human decency and kindnes

      Cons

      It has now simply become the personal toy of *you know who* that engages in subvert racism and hate, and his toxicity has infected all the way down. Expect to be screamed in public for wanting to resign or for requesting documents. Not to mention a HR that is complicit in defending such behaviour by doing nothing. You know standards are rock bottom when they fire female employees who were pregnant or had just given birth, claiming redundancy.

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
