Anytime a company just decides on a Sunday and Monday they're going to lay off over 120 employees with no notice and a insult of a severance package this is a place I would beware of going to if I were any kind of future employee they make promises and make you feel like they really need you but there is no loyalty within the company. There are management issues and no true leadership. There is a go but they're two years or more behind that goal and are lying to their investors that they will be on time with their schedule. Honesty is not their strong suit.
