      Pros

      The in-person culture is amazing. If you are in the Detroit metro area I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Salary transparency and a no-bonus setup are wonderful. Benefits are slightly better than to be expected in a small consulting company. Small (60ish) company means that staff are people not numbers

      Cons

      I can't really recommend this company if you are planning to work remotely. So much of the culture is based on office get togethers and activities that it is harder to really stay connected if remote. This is really the only criticism I have. I loved my time there.

      Pros

      - Opportunities to wear various technological and leadership hats depending on client work (diversity/growth). - Fantastic culture, surrounded by knowledgeable people from all levels of the industry. Frequent team events, offsite activities, lunches, etc. - Challenging, but engaging work - leadership focuses on placing consultants into roles that best fit their growth interests. - Mentorship and advising program to garner constructive feedback and growth of consultants. - Great employee perks.
