Free food, cooked fresh every day Your peers are nice and work together Management and leadership is supportive, to an extent Can learn quite a bit, just have to overwork yourself alot of the time

Company takes on too much work with not enough staff Revolving door of new hires They don't seem to mind that they are overworking the employees Owner thinks he runs the world and that it revolves around him. One of the other reviews said dispatch lady is not friendly that is correct. Management pretends to care, they say all the right things, for liability reasons, but they don't. Will belittle you and make you feel bad sometimes when making mistakes. They might even play mind games with you just for fun. Public shaming is common. Management likes to feel like some sort of cult leader or overlord. The owner chooses the days he wants to acknowledge your presence. Usually walks around and ignores you, even if you say good morning or something. Pay is low and once you grow, not much else to do there. But hey for a first job or entry level job, it's cool. Free food and nice area in the summer.
